Description
Part I:
Overhang measures approx. 10 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 13 feet high.
Remove and dispose
Build wall to bring house to original status
Supply and install insulation, drywall, plywood for exterior, overlap felt as membrane, siding
Tape, patch, sand, prime, and paint interior wall.
Part II
Improve roof where the old house abuts against the new addition. Addition is higher than old part of house. I don't know all that has to be done on this part of the project.
Require estimate for the entire job, Parts I and II.
