Quick fixes:
1. Refinish/repaint kitchen cabinets (approx 16 doors and 4 drawers)
2. Re-tile 1 washroom bathtub and 1 washroom stand-up shower
3. Install new washroom counter for 2 washrooms (keeping lower cabinet).
4. Maybe - redo foyer ceramic tiles (small area).
