Description
The building is a 4-plex with two units on the main floor and two on a second story. The main floor tenants were complaining that the floor was freezing in the winter. There is no insulation in the crawlspace, nor is there and vapor barrier. There are a few minor cracks in the foundation, and the parging is looking quite bad. I would like to have the crawlspace properly warmed and insulated so that there is no cold air to go up through the floor. Thanks for your time.
