Demolition: Remove and dispose of existing 8" x 8" ceramic tile along tub skirt, ledge of soaker tub and 1'6" of wall tile along the perimeter. Remove and dispose of existing tub faucet.
Drywall: Repair and waterproof drywall to facilitate installation of new marble slab installation.
Marble: Supply and install new marble in slabs, mitered at corners along entire bathtub surround. Colour to be "Statuario".
Separate Price: Supply and install new tub faucet. Moen Brantford - Chrome. Code: T4943
Floor tile to remain 'as is'. Painting by Homeowner.
