I would like to remodel master ensuite bathroom.
List of things to be done:
- Replace existing neo-angle shower stall and fixtures to one that is either full glass or glass with silver trim (size 38" x 38")
- Tiling of shower stall area
- Replace vanity counter top (size 22.5" W x 54" H) and install vessel sink and faucet
- Install exhaust fan (currently none exists)
- Refinish / Replace drywall areas that have peeled or are in need of repair

this bid is for the labor only off course to give you a better estimate we would have to look at it but, more or less changing a hole shower costs 1000 to 1200 labor changing the counter is around 300 to 500 including plumbing and also replacing the
