I hired Antony Jolanta to install a backwater valve in my basement as a part of the City of Toronto rebate program. He told me a number of times that he is licenced and registered with the City of Toronto. He obtained the Work Permit (required to do the work), and did the work. After he left, I found out that he was not registered with the City, and now I am out of $1250. Additionally, he left the concrete that he dug out of the basement in MY YARD. Thank you for LIEING to me, and NOT REPLYING to my voicemails.
